Found this link to an image of what looks like Natalie Morales tickling Giada di Laurentiis.

It is from the 2/4/2014 Today show but I think the photographer took it off air. I watched the cooking segment and this scene was not in the segment. Plus all the other hosts were present during the segment and it does not look like they are around when the picture was taken.
