We won't be making traveling plans this year. You're all welcome to NY but don't plan on us being gracious hosts
congrats.. my steelers didnt get the number one seed.. which actually i was all for because in the afc divisional round id rather run into the colts than the ravens
LUCKY MY ASS,
They won because they were able to run the ball. 315 total rushing yards is no accident. Plus getting McKenzie at right tackle back was huge. Kevin Booth couldn't block anything more than a non moving silo.
D'Angelo Williams had a huge game, but the Giants did a good job on defense also.
No need to worry about a steelers/ giants bowl. tennesse will take care of that.![]()
Quiet, bandwagonboy. REAL fans are talking.
All in all, it was a great game. It was like two heavyweights getting in the ring and slugging it out.

Yeah, really! Where were you when your Patriots met their match and Brady came back wearing Arizona soil on his ass?
DeAngelo demolished them.
Panthers held an 8 point lead for most of the 2nd half (and an 11 pt lead early)
Steve Smith dropped that wide open pass on the potential GW drive in the 4th, which would have shortened the FG 10 yards EASY.
Kasay shanked the GW FG.
Gints played well, but escaped with that W.
Much like last years NFC Championship vs the Pack.
DeAngelo had a total of 108 yards rushing.
The team total was 158 yards. Derrick Ward had 215 yards on the ground, and the Giants had 301 yards rushing- nearly twice as much as Carolina.
As for last years NFC Championship, the Giants dominated that game. They would have won in regulation if not for the two missed field goals or the phantom holding call on the Ahmad Bradshaw touchdown run.
