Giggling vs Belly Laughter

Folks, here's a question for you which I feel there will be definite believers on either side.

When I am tickling someone (which is rare) I prefer to hear big bellowing laughs, as the person laughs uncontrollably, all of their energy is going into laughing and laughing and oh yes, laughing. Giggling is nice too, but as a woman for some reason I prefer big laughter.
I guess it means that my tickling is really working! Its the laughter that comes from deep within and there's no stopping it as long as the tickling continues!

So, what do you think? Giggles or Belly Laughs? Big Laughs or Little Laughs? I know many of you will probably say both, and I agree it's all good. 🙂

Screaming is not laughing!!!

In fact even as a teen or younger man I liked a more "mature" laugh rather than girly, high pitched teen laughter;
So I tended to tickle older woman, which in college, led to many times I was 19 or 20 and dating women in their 30's...ahh those were the times...match a 19 yr old guy to a 35 yr old woman and watch the sparks fly...and oh that laugh!!

Bellystrokes, I've heard that too and I think in many cases it is probably more true then not. I guess it depends on the guy and what they want out of the tickling experience.

Tommytickl, I agree with the screaming. Some people like that, I don't really. It hurts my ears! I like the a BIG FULL laugh too! It means also that your tickling is really hitting the ticklees most ticklish spots, you have hit the jackpot!

As Ticklerguy4u said, he likes to know he does his job well. 🙂

I myself have always been partial to the belly laughs as well. More of a turn on than giggling I think 🙂

Plus as others have said, it means my methods are working quite well

From a chick's POV.........

I can pretty much take any reaction as long as it's positive. The giggles, the belly laughs are wonderful stuff. I can't handle the screaming....I just can't. Now I can get into the combination screamer-laugher. Those are the ones who let out a short scream followed by bellows of laughs. Actually those are some of my favorites! I've done it before while getting tickled myself. But I have to admit that the screaming tends to wear me out so I don't like to do it and will end a session if it happens too much.

most ladies, despite their best intentions, cannot sustain the deep full laughter that we love for extensive periods of time, in my experience....(but bless their sweet hearts for trying, ha ha!..... 🙄 )

light tickling that causes uncontrolled giggles are a fun way to extend the tickle play.....mix in some vigorous tickling in those helpless areas to get some beautiful, rich laughter going on occasion, and you will have the recipe for a fine evening of tickleplay.......

Jaba, thanks for giving a good rational for your thoughts. I never thought of the fact that a woman might not be ablle to sustain BIG laughter for long periods of times. Since I'm a woman, I guess I never thought along those lines. I'm sure though it really all depends on the ticklee and the tickler technique. Very interesting!

Jaba hits on a good point that's true for all lees in general (male, female, barn animals....whatever you're into. 😀 ). That extended laughing that us lers LOVE ends up as coughing if too prolongued which is bad (and painful) for the lee.

That is interesting to know. I have been described by my friends as a giggler. But I am usually giggling when I am nervous about something. I am not sure what I do as a lee.

Giggling, tittering, sputtering, squeaking -- all great as things are warming up. But if it never progresses past that to the deep laughter -- well, it's disappointing. I associate deep belly laughing with being truly ticklish. As for volume, that's a different story. I've experienced really great belly laughing that was almost silent, and I've experienced it at a volume that provoked serious banging on the wall from the neighbors. But if it never gets past giggling and squeaking, I assume they could be giggling at anything -- the situation, the wallpaper, because of nerves -- who knows. I've been in situations like that where I was convinced it was a control thing. You know - not really going to submit. When that's combined with instructions concerning what body parts will and will not be involved ("Don't touch my feet, belly button, etc..." it's clear to me that I have a little control freak on my hands. There are various effective ways to deal with control freaks

Screaming is ALWAYS a turn-off.

I like starting out with giggles....

I like to make a little game and see how long the lee can keep from laughing before she just has to let the giggles out. Then prolong the tickling until the full laughter begins....to me there is something extremely sexy about seeing a woman crinkle her eyes in mirth as her lips clamp shut and then extend into a smile as my fingers play on...the eyes shut as she tries to block out the sensations, and when no relief is to be had, the mouth opens wide and the laughter spills out. That musical, beautiful laughter that brings out the desire in me. At that point she is putty and you can either retreat to causing more giggles for more play, or press forward and see how beautiful her belly laugh is.

I also hate screamers.......its not fun, just loud.

As a rule, it depends on the lee and what their laugh sounds like.

I like it when Zach giggles whenever I go near his neck. But then, he has a great giggle for a guy.

I think I giggle a little bit when the tickles first start but I have a deep hearty Belly laugh that comes from deep down,and I guess swimming alot of laps helps me have good lungs

I love all sorts of female laughter from soft giggles to full blown belly laughs. The only thing I don't like is screeching in place of laughter (which I accept is some peoples reaction to being tickled).

The absolute best though is a kind of high pitched shreik, which ladies don't normally make when laughing (no matter how hysterical) but only occurs during tickle play. When that pitch is reached, it is near orgasmic for me just hearing it.

As for the question, it's like Thanksgiving dinner. I like it all. I want it all. If I've got to have more turkey and less pie so be it. Less mac n cheese and more stuffing (aka dresssing), I'm still happy. All things equal, I'd like a generous helping(s) of giggles and a extra belly laughs, please.
