That is excellent for Hodges,
He won the WS as both a player with the Brooklyn Dodgers, and manager with the NY Mets
Another guy I've always thought should have made it is Dale Murphy, and not just because he played for the Braves.
As a player, Murphy had similar offensive numbers to Hodges, and Murphy also has 2 MVP Awards.
Hopefully one day, Murphy will make it to the Hall as well.
