I would suggest a hogtie with either tape or rope. For added benefit, don't forget to bind her elbows as well if she is flexible enough. Nothing more intense for a lee , in my opinion, than to have your exposed upwards soles worked on while in a strict hogtie. It also gives a great opportunity to work on the ribs and sides as well.

I like to See her lying on her front with feet tied parallel together. Which tape is Not that important. Knees must Not be tied.
A hogtie position with focus on here feet would be nice as hell!
