It seems to be from "Jeanne 1921" channel on Youtube...
The script was to make read the story of "goat supplice" by woman while the goat "works".... Maybe from Switzerland...

I remember that channel. He used to post a bunch of videos of random women being tied up and getting their feet tickled by him or licked by goats. I believe his account got suspended or something and then he just stopped uploading, which is a shame because his videos were awesome. I believe the channel is still around but there's not many videos anymore.
