I remember watching this clip many years ago where this girl tickled another girls feet for stealing her keys. The other girl was begging for her to stop and the girl just said, "im not stopping, your not taking my keys again."

Anybody else seen this?
 
I have. I saw it on YouTube. I think it's still on my playlist. I'll check for you.
