Hi all

Did anyone from the forum go to this year's festival?
Anyone watch it and care to share their opinions?

I didn't but thoroughly enjoyed watching it.

Highlights for me so far:

Dry The River
Dolly Parton, she's ridiculous but great set.
Ellie Goulding, although she irriates me to watch I do love her tracks.
The Wailers
Lana Del Ray (also wins best dress award)

Funniest moment was a guy in the crowd during Dolly Parton's set, who obviously didn't have a flag to wave so opted instead for a Morphy Richards kettle.

Cheers

yes watched it, love dolly she is a nice person away from the stage, who cares for others, and yes she is well built.

I like to see some of the people who go there and the clothes they ware, you see some real characters and of course some lovely girls.

haha I hadn't noticed my 'great set' double-entendre - I honestly meant great set of live music! Country music stars often get forgotten when talking about significant singers over the years, there's no doubting that Dolly has written and performed some really enduring music.

It's a pity Kenny Rogers wasn't around to duet with her.
