I had the pleasure of meeting Shelly on two different occasions at the Feet of Philly parties a few years ago. The first time she was dressed in a bikini, and I tickled her from head to toe with a turkey feather. She was off the charts ticklish!! I also lickled her gorgeous feet. As an added bonus she is a genially sweet lady who spent close to an hour chatting with me after our sessions. One of my all time favorites.
