Going to Dallas this weekend. Any idea on what I should do?

So I will be in Dallas this weekend for a bachelor's party. I was looking for some ideas on what we should do while we are there. We've already decided to visit everything JFK related. What bars/restaurants/areas should we look at visiting?

I'm out there several times a year on business, and always try to spend one evening at the Katy Trail Ice House. A bowl of Dark Beer Venison chili and a cold IPA hits the spot every time! I'm usually in the Plano area and go to the Outpost which has a great outdoor patio, but they have other locations in the Dallas area as well.

Wrestlemania 32 is in town this weekend. There are different wrestling related events around if you care. And the event itself will be at Cowboys Stadium.
