Goodell makes great move! (Merriman Rule)

Roger Goodell came out with a statement today saying that he is working on making sure that players who test positive for steroids next year will not be allowed to play in the Pro Bowl! This could be based on the fact that Shawne Merriman tested positive for an illegal substance and was suspended without pay for 4 games. I personally think this move is a great start right now, but what do you think? Do you believe this will escalade into other rules being set down for steroid users?

hopefully this will lead to harsher penalties for steriod users, as a 4 game suspension is a joke really. i think a first time offense should lead to a year suspension and a subsuquent offense is a lifetime ban.
