None of them. They aren't sadistic. The most sadistic is either Princess Donna Delore or Maitresse Madeline both from kink.com.
 
On their best day they aren't as good as Princess Donna or Maitresse Madeline. Of the women listed about Charlee and Taylor are pretty good. The rest simply do not cut it.
 
The OP does limit the universe of choices to "between these 10 ladies." I am not familiar with their work so I can't really comment. But I do think CatintheHat at MyFriendsFeet is a hell of a top (he could be a bit more inventive but I can't argue his results), and topticklepig (videos can be found at dailymotion.com) has some singularly devastating techniques. /mytwocents
 
Yes but since he said sadistic, cruel, and evil it eliminates 8 of these ladies. Charlee and Taylor pretty much hit it in all 3 categories. As for the other 8 it's like asking who is more sadistic, Mickey Mouse or Donald Duck.
 
I have to say that I find Jane from Czech tickling *extremely* underrated in this poll. I've hardly ever seen a more skilled female tickler.
 
I like many of the producers you have on there, however, I don't think this poll will be accurate. Mainly because I don't think everyone involved would have been able to see each ler in action. I could be wrong but yeah.

1. Tasha (Tickle Abuse) - she is getting better, but she is too aggressive and ticklees lose ticklishness in the first minute. Especially with the brush.

2. Brooke (Tickle Abuse) - good tickler, she know how too tease and how to torture.

3. Kelli (Tickle Intensive) - too aggressive. Actually it seems that she causes more pain than tickling.

4. Ms. Raven (Tickle Intensive) - good tickler.

5. Charlee ( Tickle Torture) - good tickler, but please, PUT SOME NAILS ON THOSE TICKLING FINGERS! All that teasing with fingertips won't help getting your victims more ticklish!

6. Jane ( Czech Ticklish Girls) - average tickler.

7. Sandra ( Czech Ticklish Girls) - good tickler, sadistic, beutiful, long nails... but god, I love her as a ticklee.

8. Taylor Raz ( Tickle Addiction and various) - she seems to like tickling other girls, but her tickling is a bit too "static".

9. Addie Juniper ( Tickle Chicks) - good teasing, but I never saw her tickling ruthlessly.

10. Jennifer ( Toefu Entertainment) - I don't know her, so I'm going to look for some clips... 😉
 
best tickler is whoever suits the lee most, that cant be defined as one person 😛
 
The best ticklers, are probably the ones who don't want to be in video clips.
