I don't get it......really I don't!

First of all, I know there are some of us old schoolers that are on myspace (I've learned to write that off as having young hearts), but I always felt that I was way too old for it. Why would a grown woman even do this type of thing?? This is sicker than grown men running after young girls (and boys) online! Anyone know why she targeted this girl in the first place?

I don't let the girl's mother off that easy either; when my kids were young teens, my computer was in an open and conspicuous place so I could see where they were surfing. I helped my daughter open her yahoo and myspace accounts and I had the passwords until she turned 18. The worst thing that happened was my son hit a porn site; by the time I was done with him he never repeated that on my computer. Why was this girl on the internet without some parental supervision? I don't exclusively blame the mom, but she certainly bears some responsibility IMO.

If I were that poor girl's mother, there would be two trials; hers and mine! I'd let her live to stand trial, but by the time I'm done with her she'd be pleading for death!!
