Ceci The Tickler (32) returns once again with her former neighbor Carmenza (56).
This time Ceci has Carmenza mummified and propped up on the couch ready for a tickle pedicure, with her bare toe tied feet tucked neatly under her arm. Ceci is again VERY playful in this one, owing to her familiar relationship with Carmenza. Ceci starts out by tickling her feet using some foam and a toothbrush, getting between Carmenza's very sensitive toes and scrubbing up and down her super ticklish arches. Carmenza seems to have relaxed a little bit more into being tickled, but what strangley has changed is her laugh - it is more of a high-pitched desperate cackle, and Ceci loves every minute of it! After she gently towels off Carmenza's feet, she applies some oil and then begins her tickle assault with her fingers - check out the preview for what that does to this super ticklish mature lady - you really do not hear a ticklish cackle like that very often. Carmenza is constantly trying to pull her feet back from the tickles, but Ceci has a good grip on her, she's going nowhere. Ceci finally finishes her off by teasing and tickling her with the hairbrush, which again drives the older woman nuts!
