No!!! It isn't West Virginia Isabeau. And no it isn't the Louisville Cardinals. But it would be a little school in New Jersey with a lot of heart. It would be Rutgers University!!! Rutgers fell behind 25-7 at one point in last night game only to come back and defeat the number 3 ranked team in the nation in the Louisville Cardinals. The final was 28-25. Rutgers defense the second half held Louisville a team that averaged 493 yards a game to under 50 yards for the entire second half. They held a team scoreless in the second half that had the second best offense in the nation. The beat up Brian Brohm as they sacked him 5 times. Rutgers has a chance to make an impact this season. They actually have a chance to get a BCS birth. That is a wait and see, but for those of us who have rooted on Rutgers through the years, this has been a fun season. 😀
