Depends on the degree of ticklishness. if your talking at least slightly ticklish, then id say more than 50%. if your talking extremely ticklish, then way lower.

I agree with both replies above....I would be willing to bet that more than 50% of people are at least "somewhat" ticklish on their feet.

When I say "bet", I guess I have to put something "on the line". =)
