A 20 year old man was found guilty of "Streaking" during a Cleveland Browns game. The Schmuck ran out on to the field of play, in his underwear, as the game was being played. He then pulled his pants down to his ankles, exposing his.. private parts.
His penalty is a $200 fine... He also must do mandatory cleanup after several Browns home games this season.. and.., he has been banned from the Cleveland Browns Stadium for life.
