We've all heard stories of initiation ceremonies for the college Greek organizations. Some are relatively tame, while others put the pledge through absolute hell for entry. Poor Cara, a young freshmen in her first year with no friends, unknowingly pledged to a sorority with the latter. Humiliated with having to hold a pose exhibiting her flexibility from years of being a gymnast while the sorority sisters take turns tickling her to her wits end, Cara's mental and physical endurance is pushed further than it ever had in her gymnast training. Feathers, a vibrator, a wartenburg wheel, the electric toothbrush and a bottle of oil are all tools at the disposal of the cruel sisters intent on breaking Cara. All she has to do is withstand a mere 5 minutes of horribly ticklish agony without breaking her pose. However, for each time she breaks her pose, she must start over, and another minute is added to the amount of time she must hold it. Cara will learn to be disciplined, strong-willed and independent, but most importantly, she will learn that true friends are not made- they are earned.
