Hacha problem & related suggestion

I d/loaded Hacha and got an error message that it's not compatible with Windows Vista. Any solutions?

Also, I have a suggestion. Would it be possible to sub-divide this section based on which software was used to split the file? For folks who can only get one or two programs to work, it would make things a lot easier.
