Haley Red is in trouble. She's all tied up and about to receive a good amount of tickling. She has her toes, soles, and sides attacked throughout the clip with fingers and brushes, and her toes get a good flossing. She loves having her toes flossed... or hates them... it's hard to understand through the gag. But she squirms and resists even though she can't escape, and her muffled laughter sounds like music throughout the video.
