Half gator and Half python?

The python tried to eat the gator, and it wound up exploding. Who would ever have thought gators wound find themselves prey to any other animal aside from humans?
 
I saw that story on my local news! Crazy snake, thought he could eat a whole gator! As Bugs Bunny would say, what a maroon. 😛
 
The snake could easily eat that gator. Its mistake was not squeezing it long enough to suffocate it and then eating it alive. Leaving helpless but to get its insides clawed out.
 
Don't get me wrong, I think it's possible, I was just making light of the fact that the python bit off more than he could chew. 😀
