1.Who would it be?

2.What costume would she be wearing?

3.Would she be barefoot,or wearing sexy boots?

4.What ticklish device would you put her in?Stocks?Tied Up?In a Clam?Upside down,dangling by her feet on a ledge?Etc!!!!


My choice would be Jordana Brewster!She's dressed in a cute pirate outfit!I trick her into going inside the giant clam!The clam closes on her and all you can see is her pirate booted foot wiggling away!I pull off her boot and sock and,well you know....

I can't tell with certainty who celebrity i would prefer. A pretty one with nice body and cute soles 😀 A super heroine's costume would be fine but you said on Halloween, so a princess dress wouldn't be bad at all, or a female Elf warrior.
She would wear sexy boots, because i want to have the pleasure to remove them!
She would be tied up in a more conservative position than these that you described lol (upside down is a NO position, since it's painful after some time and i don't think she will enjoy tickling in such position, about clam i am sorry but i find this idea a bit ridiculous!).
I would use whatever tickle device she wanted, i would prefer feathers or fingers though.

I would be even more excited if after that she wanted to get her revenge on me 😀 😀

Hmmm - Hard to pick one celebrity, but I'll just go with Megan Fox since she's popular right now. She'd be in a wench's outfit or something along the lines of a Swedish girl costume. The party would be renfaire, and she would be tricked into being locked in the stocks thinking that they are fake. After her black heels are slowly removed, she realizes she can't escape, and once she feels the tips of her heels dragging down her white, silk stockinged soles, she begins to panic. After, the crowd joins in with feathers, etc., the stockings come off, and the fun really begins!!! Now that would be a real trick and treat (pardon the lameness)!

Very hard choice but from the celebrity world I would have to tickle Jennifer Love Hewit. She would be wearing this sexy witch costume, tied down with bed straps (My personal favorite way of gaining access to tickle spots) and I would start by teasing her armpits and slowly running my fingers down, all the way to her extremely cute feet, taunting her as I get closer to them.
