Happy happy, everybody...
We're doing Sunday at my sister-in-law's...I think she's making leg of lamb...
My wife has chosen to make Passover fare for the first time in her life, to bring over there that day. I thought the idea was a bit outlandish, but her sister's going along with it, so I figure it's cool. After all, I can't have Mom's this year, she's down in Florida now. My wife does well with just about anything she sets out to do, so I'm looking forward to it with relish.
I don't think she's gonna bother with stuffed derma, though. One time, I told her what it was, and that I was going to attempt to make it myself, and she FREAKED! Oh, my Lord...LOL!
Those of you who know, are probably laughing right now. Those of you who don't...well, frankly, I'm telling you, you don't want to know.

Happy Easter to all peoples of different faiths, beliefs and cultures. May the victory of Jesus and his sacrifice at calvary serve as inspiration and hope for all people everywhere.
May we value, love, and cherish now, more so than ever, our families and friends. May we not forget the vagabonds, the poor, the old, the lonely, the sick and disinfranchized among us. And may we accept, understand, and apply the universal teachings of Jesus Christ, even in his life, death, and resurrection to help heal wounds, undo the evils we've created, and make a concious effort to make the world a better place, not just for you or for me, but for our children and our children's children.
May God's eternal glory and love for you and I continue to shine upon us and reassure us that no matter what happens He will be there with us, just as surely as the rise of dawn. ^__^
