I think it’s ok to playfully tickle someone if what you mean is that your tickle fetish is irrelevant.

Is it right to watch someone get tickled if they don’t know about your fetish?

If you’re getting off on deliberately watching unsuspecting people tickle, I don’t think that’s right.

Is it right to tickle a significant other with whom you’re in a sexual relationship without them knowing about your fetish?

I think it’s ok to tickle someone with whom you’re in a sexual relationship, and the same rules that apply to non-fetishists should apply to you (like, not tickling them if they don’t want you to)

Is it right to not fight back when someone tickles you if they don’t know it’s getting you off?

If you’re getting off on an unsuspecting person’s tickling you, I don’t think it’s right to deliberately allow it to continue.

This is a good topic. Have I tickled someone who didnt know I had the fetish? Absolutly. And yea I very much "enjoyed" it. Technically its kinda sorta wrong but it is what it is. I still do it now too. A couple of months ago I tickled one of my female friends. I dont feel bad about it at all. To her its playfull. To me its also playfull but it has a little extra fun for me. Before we got together I tickled my wife at will. Lol. Once we got together and I told her about the fetish it all made sense to her lol. Back in the day I litterly knew if each and every girl I worked with was ticklish. I worked in a very laid back enviroment back then. We have a fetish that can be disguised as playfull. Are you tickling then to get off? If so that probably comes off as really creepy and wont happen again.

Tickling is also a playful thing among friends, as long as you aren't giving someone a roofie, tying them up and tickle torturing them, there's no issue.

It's all in your intent I suppose. If you don't feel comfortable playfully tickling among friends then definitely don't do so, it's a personal choice and not an ethical issue though.
