Has anyone been to the Royal Castle in Philly?

I'm trying to find licensed (commercial, not private apartments) BDSM places in Philly and New York like P.A. in L.A., where tickling is done.

I found one in Philly: The Royal Castle. http://www.theroyalcastle.com Has anyone been to it and any reviews? The girls seem pretty. Most of all, are they ticklish?

Are there any other licensed BDSM places in NY or Philly like P.A. in L.A. where tickling is done?

I haven't been there. Nor do I know of anyone who has been. But, they were one of the places we contacted when exploring venue options for this year's NEST. I can tell you that the gal who runs the place is very nice and takes things very seriously when it comes to protecting people's identities, etc. I'll leave it to others to comment on any TK experiences, etc.
