Has anyone read the book, "Die Hard"?

While watching "Die Hard" for the umpteenth time, i noticed that it was based on a book...has anyone read it? Is it any good? Is it as good as the movie? Thanks...

Usually books are alot better then the movie, but to answer your question, no I have not read the book so there is a chance it's a real stinkfest.

Somehow it sees odd that a movie like that would be based on a book, but there you go. XD I bet the book is totally different from the movie.

well Senshi...Jaws was originally a book...and better in my opinion than the movie...The Towering Inferno was also a book...you'd be surprised at the movies that were based on books...take Sleeping With the Enemy...when i saw it was based on a book i ordered it on alibris...which by the way, amazon is much better...anyway..the book was entirely different than the movie..much different..
