has anyone tried this on a long roadtrip?

A friend of mine told me that her husband ties her up & tickles her on long road trips.She said it makes the drive seem faster and much more fun.They have 4-door diesel pickup so no one can see in the truck.Has anyone else tried this; or would anyone else try this?

On a trip to Detroit six years ago, my wife and daughter and my wife's brother and his wife tool a big conversion van.

On the entire ride back to PA (six hours) I sat behind my wife in the back seat and extended my bare left foot between her armrest and the wall of the van. She tickle and tortured me most of the way home!

The fun part was when my sister-in-law would turn from her front seat and try to figure out why I was making all kinds of strange noises!

I force myself into tickling situations whenever possible! Although I still don't get tickled enough for my liking...

I've considered this idea myself, but I'd be too afraid of driving off the road. If I have to be focused on either tickling or driving, someone else best take the wheel!

Safety is an issue!

On another trip I allowed my wife to tickle the hell out of my feet while she was driving...but I had to stop it after awhile because I was afraid I was going to kick the steering wheel! (I was in the passanger seat with my leg across her lap.) I did actually take the car out of gear once or twice while my leg was flailing around!

In the van neither of us was driving so all was good!

I've done something similar to this. It's amazing how few people actually look at what's happening in the cars near them on the road (though we did have one fellow honk and wave )

A few tips:

Tie your 'lee as comfortably as you can, since he or she is likely to be in that position for a while. Hands in front or to the sides is more comfortable than hands behind. And of course, use seat belts.

Be careful not to get distracted by your fun. If possible it's best to have someone else drive while you're harassing your 'lee. Besides, it gives you two free hands.

Take extra care not to get pulled over - you really don't want to have a talk with a police officer about your bound passenger. That means not only driving carefully but also making sure you don't have any lights out, expired registration, or any similar excuse for a cop to stop you.

done it a couple times on a trip back from watching a college football game. almost kill myself trying to keep up with the running foot. LOL

Well first off......who the hell's driving????? I see an accident happening! That would be more distracting than talking on a cell phone! It's a nice fantasy, but I see a potental road hazzard! Unless someone else is driving who won't be distracted by the tickling then YEAH where do I sign up!!!!!!!

I was driving from Ca. to Vegas to catch a flight and my G/F at the time was sitting in the passenger seat with her feet in my lap. She was wearing black hose(my fav!), and no shoes on. I was gently tickling her feet, just barely because her feet are real ticklish, and she was having a hard time keeping her composure. After a while she asked me if I was having fun. I said "of course!" while I continued. She wanted me to stop somewhere where we could have some fun, but I had a plane to catch. (Damn it!) She would've let me tie her up and tickle the hell out of her just to get what she wanted! Believe me, I was wishing I could miss that flight, but I didn't have the extra money for another ticket. It was quite a while before I got the chance to tickle her again, but I made up for lost opportunities when I did!

When my wife and I were dating, we use to drive from Cleveland to North of Cincinnatti on I-71 south to Kings Island. She use to sit in the back seat to rest and she would take her shoes off, and take her socked feet and tease me by putting her feet up front between the seats. I would tickle them and miles would just fly by.

I don't know about "long" road trips, but in certain circles, especially at NEST, it's practically a tradition for someone to sit in back with their feet between the passenger and driver seats.. (and usually flanked by two lers in the backseat!). It DOES take quite a bit of concentration to drive... then again, that's what stop signs and red lights are for!

I remember in college a few times cramming 6 people into my friends Ford Escort. It was usually 3 guys and 3 girls. He would drive and the other guy how was very big would tak the front seat. The 3 girls would sit in the back and I wwould lie across their laps. Two of the girls were incredible ticklish so I would take the opportunity to tickle their knees and their feet. It sure made the half hour drive down to school fly by for me.

I was in the back seat with a female friend/coworker on my right, a new male semi professional/semi personal acquaintance on my left and an old friend/coworker (female) on my lap. We were serious tightly wedged and I had pushed my hand out around the friend in my lap but had no place to rest it except the new guy's lap, which I chose not to do. But he kind of grabbed it and held it against his chest and proceeded to lightly tickle my palm (which, yes, is ticklish). By the time we reached our destination, I was ready to explode.

My husband loves to tickle me whenever we're in the car together, from 5 min to 45 min drives he'll tickle my knees and upper thighs and I go crazy!!
