Thought I'd try a bit of a lighter topic tonight. I'm reading an article on the Ohio State-Illinois game, and there seems to be a lot of problems with the officiating. Let's see if I got this right:
Just my opinion, but thought I'd throw it out there for all of you college football fans. I'm just happy that my alumni might possibly get into a FCS playoff game, so I don't really understand the big bucks involved in the BCS subdivision. Thanks for listening to my ravings.
- This officiating team is being considered for a suspension because of the way they managed the previous Purdue-Penn State game.
- Many fans are upset at perceived "non-calls" that might has cost Ohio State the game.
- Now the entire Big-10 nation is upset because this probably cost the conference a shot at TWO BCS games instead of just the Rose Bowl, thus costing as much as 4.5 Million extra in revenue.
