Has this ever happened to you?

Has anyone ever been started chatting with someone from the tickling community, or ran into someone at a gathering only to find out that you knew them outside of ticklng? Like a friend or family member? If so, how did you feel? Was it awkward? Just curious 🙂

I always thought this would happen at NEST and it sort of did...a friend of a friend of a friend was at NEST.
We were both kind of like..."I know you from somewhere else"
We had both been to the same EAGLES tailgate parties before.

And it was a little weird, esp. the sly smile we passed each other when we saw each other again the EAGLES tailgates.

I actually ran into a cousin one day. He popped up on instant messenger back when I used to keep it open all the time. The handle was the same as the nickname we had for him and, as we got talking, I learned that he was from the same town, etc. I finally asked and we had a good laugh. We both knew that the other was into tickling. (Most of that side of the family is.) We just didn't know that it was enough to be involved online like this. It was really cool.

no but i think my ex boyfriend was into tickling but i dont think he is part of he tickling community.
