Go to "User CP" up in the menu, and then go to "edit signature"

If you want to add text then just have at it, but if you want to use pictures then you have to attach them with an "image code", namely:

where you also add a link to the picture. If you need a place to upload or change the size of your pics, then I recommend getting an account at photobucket. 🙂
