If so was it a civil or criminal case, and what was the outcome?
It has been years since i got a summons, and i have never been selected to serve.I once spend an entire day at the Travis County Courthouse, from 8 in the morning until 4 that afternoon only to be told the case and been settled out of court and no jury was needed.
I got back to my car and found a parking ticket on the windshield.
The city did waive that when i showed up with my jury summons. That was damn nice of them i thought, considering that i had to take a few hours off from work to resolve the matter.

I've been fascinated by the legal process since I was a freshman in high school. I originally wanted to go to school to become a lawyer, but plans changed.
