Having a problem posting a pic on my album?

I've been trying for the past hour to put a pic up in my profile. It just does not seem to let me upload anything. could be this I pad I'm on , I dunno.

It's cool... I'll figure it out later. I think it's a pain to do certain things with an I pad, which I've had for the past 2 months. I'll think about it when I get back to my computer. Thanks anyways crystal light
