I am having trouble sleeping because I've been re-assigned at work due to I had 4 customer complaints this week so now I am in the produce department for a while. Having some anxiety about it and for some reason it's affecting me "down there". While I am trying to sleep, I keep having this tingling feeling in my woman area and it's distracting me from sleeping :disgust:. Now when I get up to walk around, the feeling calms down & I am okay. During the day I am okay but when I am trying to sleep, it's very annoying.

Does anyone have any advice on this or has it happened to them? Please help and look forward to replies. Thanks.

First... you can help your anxiety by telling and thoroughly convincing yourself... from now on... you are going to do everything by the book and never get into trouble again. Idk what happened... but... focus on what you CAN control... and set a new goal for yourself. Once your mind is set on a different goal your mental gears will start to turn... to achieve this goal... ultimately relaxing you. And maybe start looking for a better job. Can you afford to go to college or start looking around for a different job? No matter your answer... in the mean time: Think about what you can do to help solve your situation. And stick to it.

Tingly... this happens to me all the time. Try masturbating the next time it happens. While you yourself might not be thinking of anything sexy... genitalia wants what it wants... when it wants it. You may even have to masturbate a few times to get the tingly feelings out of your system. Btw... masturbation usually helps people go to sleep. Just don't overdo it.

Also, try something warm against it. Like a warm blanket fresh from the dryer.

try some camomile tea. It can be very good to help relieve stress and get some sleep.

Forgive me if this is obvious, but have you tried simply masturbating to get the feeling to go away? Or is the problem that you're 'tingly' physically but can't get off because you can't get aroused mentally due to the anxiety?

I have no experience with female genitalia as I'm not a woman but I'd recommend some anti-anxiety medication and for you to possibly achieve sexual release. As for those customer complaints, just stay focused, tell yourself your gonna do great every day, and be sure to tell yourself that you're NOT a BAD PERSON. Everyone who works retail, food, or secretary jobs occasionally gets a vindictive customer. Just do your job to the best of your ability because that's all anyone can do. 😀

It could have made you quite uncomfortable to open up about it, while I can't give a solution, I can only testify with you that such instances of "sensations down there" DO happen when you get subjected to a very (very extreme) stressful situation. It does happen. At rare occasions, the sensation could even become an episode of unexpected orgasm like you don't know why it just happened. If you continue to become uncomfortable with it, what you need to manage is the stress/anxiety you are currently having.

My advice is to get out of retail lol. I've been in the grocery business for a long time and the stress is never ending. Learning to cope with it is the only thing you can do and eventually it will get better.
