Having trouble with an avatar

I'm trying to use a pic of my soles as an avatar, but to no avail. Any ideas?

Hmmm....did you just reach ten posts? As you may or may not know, uploading an avatar requires ten posts, which I see youy now have. Give the server time to adjust your abilities, since you are now at ten, and you should have better luck.
