I don't feel compelled to join in the hero worship that the rest of Britain is engaging in; Haye did well, he has a good record and he's a good fighter, but Valuev has never been anything other than a freak-show curiosity. He's hardly a decent barometer by which you'd measure a fighter's star potential, but all things considered Haye did well.
Still not sure he's going to be the next Joe Calzaghe like some people are suggesting, but time will tell.
