This is two clips put together, First Hazel is tickled on her bare feet by Alexis while she is dangling a heel on her toes. Then her shoes are taken off and Alexis attacks her soles with her long nails. In the 2nd part, Hazel has to hold her shoe above her head while Alexis tickles her upperbody.
