I've been playing with HD video. I have an HD camera and was thinking about offering HD video. The video quality is stunning but sheesh... to get it to a size that the average person could actually download and view drops the quality too much. Scaling it to 720 helps but the quality just isn't there for the effort. (editing/processing takes forEVer!)
I wish I could show you folks what a woman being tickled in full resolution HD (1920x1080, 60fps) on a 61" HDTV looks like. OMG. Skin texture. Goose bumps. Little hairs on her skin standing up on closeups. Quivering muscles.
HD is very impressive... but... not realistically deliverable. 🙁
