I've heard from a few others and would like to hear back from those who have responded who at the time of my last post still have not received their videos from Magic Touch during the December Sale. My order was placed December 12th and the funds were immediately taken out of my account. A number of folks emailed me with the same issue and I have received one email from MTP after sending 4 wondering what is going on. That email mentioned I would receive my videos after a delay the first week of January. Since then, someone was kind enough to direct me to a thread which showed that Jeff had taken ill in addition to having his spam blocker delete important emails. However, more time as gone by and the order isn't received nor is there any word. Is Magic Touch Productions still an ongoing concern (still in business?). I know that Jeff has been good about sending orders out in a timely fashion in the past, which is what makes this all the stranger. If anyone has any information please let me know as it seems either my emails are not getting through or they are just not responding. I'm wondering if anyone else is still awaiting their order. This whole thing has gone past strange and is bordering on bizarre. Thanks in advance to those who respond! Jim.
 
Everyone's orders are going out as fast as I can get it done, and everyone is getting free video coupons.

I know for sure that your order went out, so you are having a problem seperate from my being late. I'll reship your order tomorrow with package tracking and that should get it done.

As you pointed out, I've been sick for a while now, and there isn't a lot I can do about it except get things done as circumstances permit.

As of today my order didn't arrive. If you are able to track it that would be great. I don't know what happened as you had mentioned it was already sent. When did you send it? I would hate for you to resend something that could still arrive. If you would let me know and what is the best way to contact you...here or through email? Are you receiving my emails. Hope you're feeling better and honestly, you don't have to send the coupon although that's a nice gesture. Just figuring out what happened to my order and receiving it will suffice. Sorry for all the attempts and I do understand being sick and everything else can cut into doing business. Hope you're feeling better and it's good to hear you guys are up and running! Thanks again, Jim.🙂
 
I send things through regular priority mail, which unfortunately doesn't normally include tracking. I don't have the exact date of your shipment, for the same reason, but I know it should have arrived by now. It's not a big deal for me to reship it, that's my usual way of dealing with delivery mishaps, because I know from experience that if I try to find it through the post office, they're just going to run me through their hideous beaurocracy and in the end it probably won't have done any good anyway 🙂

Just checked the mail and the order didn't arrive today. I think you are right, it is lost in the vast postal vortex. I wouldn't want you to try parting the red tape of the postal beaurocracy, so if you would, please resend the order. If I have to pay extra for priority mail I will be happy to send the funds for that as well.
