Heat Wave

If you live in California (southern California specifically) or you live in a location where summer brings uncomfortable heat at times, then you know how I feel. While the summer heat isn't really bad down here (yet anyways) it has been in the past.

Anyways, here's a quick sketch of a woman enduring the heat wave. I haven't drawn a sketch-type picture in a while, so I felt like drawing one. Nothing much to explain here. Its hot and humid. LOL

Beautiful! I have always admired people who are able to draw manga-style. For some reason, I am unable to do such drawings (tied but failed so far). And I do like your sketching style.

As for heat waves... even in Belgium we get them (since a few summers). Pretty strange and uncomfortable, as we are more used to rainy weather.
So I know all about it.

Thanks. Sometimes drawing simple sketches like this are vital to keep the pace of drawing going and the momentum.

As for the heat waves, yeah, tell me about it. Today has been really hot to the point that it was uncomfortable. Not as bad as yesterday however. Yesterday was hot enough to give me a light headache for a while.
