There is a clip of the actual scene, rather than the clip shown at the end credits. I have seen it, but unfortunately no longer have it. I'll try and retrieve it from somewhere. Heather doesn't say much, she just laughs in a friendly way and doesnt mind as Leno tickles her foot. Leno cracks a joke, saying "my wife watches this show and im tickling Heather Locklear's foot".

But as I said, ill try and find this clip for those who want to see it.

Yeah, the other clip is better imo. I lost it some time ago though along with the Natalie Raitano clip from the Howard Stern show. Does anybody have this clip? I would very much appreciate it if somebody could post it here..

Ms. Locklear is known (check out E!) to be very ticklish on her feet...and our colleague Mr. Leno exposed that on TV...

I've had a little experience with lip-reading.

Thanks for posting this. I've heard about it but this is the first chance I've had to see it.

For my money Heather is saying "it tickles" as she turns her head away (out of camera).

Once Jay quits (for the first time) she says "I like that" so he tickles her again.

Just my opinion, and its quite possible the boom mike didn't pick it up, but I think that's what she's saying.

Any lip readers out there to verify this or correct me?

I remember this clip quite vividly...Heather didn't seem to be all that ticklish but I just love the way she curled her toes as Jay tickled her with his fingers. She actually seemed to rather enjoy it...and I'm so proud of Jay for going for it. She's got such a cute lil' foot!
