Heather Locklear tickles the paparazzi

Ok, I didn't see this but heard it on the radio. A week or two ago, on Entertainment Tonight, a syndicated show, they advertised a segment (which I missed because I was in the car) about Heather Locklear tickling the paparazzi. They played a clip of Heather saying, "coochie, coochie, coo."

It was on a local television station that has a radio signal so I only caught the audio of the promo.

Anyone else see this?
