Seal may actually be tickling her foot, even though unintentionally as it seems. He doesn't appear to be enjoying himself though... She appears to be Heidi Klum as well.

Yeah it is Heidi, but I wasn't sure if it was tickling or not.

And I loved the quote.. I watch the Daily Show all the time haha
 
Hard to tell from a still photo if it's tickling or a foot massage. Great photo in any case. 😀
