help identifying clip on Rocking's page called The Rack

It's on The Rocking's page, fourth from the top, in the right column. The file name on his page is "tickling TK - Rack". When you play the clip, it's called "Monique tickled by Chase!"
Does anyone know what video this is from? What company produeced it? This is the best tickling clip I have ever seen. I would greatly appreciate any help from the forum in identifying this video. Thanks
