do you have any close friends you can ask? I find a good way to tickle someone is to just go for it if they make a sarcastic remark....or you can do the 'ol, 'are you ticklish?' thing 😛

Wasn't sure if you meant help getting a person to tickle or help on how to do the tickling. As per the latter, a quote from the book itself:

As for finding a lee, I happen to be from Melbourne and I know of at least a few other people interested in organizing an actual get-together. My advice is stay tuned.
