after searching thru 24 pages of threads,
I thought I'd just ask the question myself.

can anyone explain what's its like to be

Off hand I'd say just use light gentle tickles. No bondage or anything (if that is your thing) in the early stages. Allow her as many breaks as she needs. In addition if she reads some post of lees maybe she can gain some more perspective. Just avoid at least till she starts to get comfortable with the tickling aspect.
