They used to have a clips4sale store. I am not sure if it still exists, something ogre.
I had that clip once and that lee was so ticklish!

I've had great success converting videos with https://handbrake.fr/downloads.php Not only might it allow you to convert to a format that you can use, but in many cases I have found the new file to be much smaller with no obvious difference in quality.
