HELP where is this pic from M/M tickling comics

Hello, does anybody know where this pic is from? It kinda resemble Asterix style but I don't think it's from there since there is no professor thee and they hardly ever met a sultan. I really appreciate your help....thank you.

I think it’s from a French/Belgian comic, Asterix the Gaul.

I know this art style. It´s not Asterix the Gaul. Maybe Fix and Foxy.

I don't think it's either of them, I've been trying to find information everywhere but it's quite hard...I'll keep trying though.
