Help with anime tickling game?

Hey everyone, I thought this might be the most appropriate section in which to post this request. I stumbled across a Japanese game in which you play a card game with two anime girls, swapping cards, and the losing player getting tickled. Unfortunately, being a complete moron I've lost the address of the site on which I found it, but managed to actually save the flash file so as to be able to play the game whenever. However, I don't speak a word of Japanese, so I have no real idea what's going on. Fortunately, I stumbled accross pics of the two girls in the following links -

Now, are there any anime fans out there who know of this game and can perhaps explain to me what the hell is really going on? Additionally, I'm much more into foot tickling than anything else, and so was disappointed to find none in this excellent game. Does anyone know of anything similar that might hold more interest for me?

By the way, I might have sounded like I'm making some great new discovery, but for all I know this game might be common knowledge around here, so don't think I'm being all 'Hey! Look what I found!' 😉

the guy who made the game should have put in a thing where they headbutt you after getting mad from losing and it is like BWAP! as they headbutt you in batman style onomatopoeia

Thanks very much HisDivineShadow! I've managed to play it to the point of tickling the two main girls before now, but I had no idea about some of the stuff revealed in the previous discussion of the game. I might stand a slightly better chance now 😉
