Help!

It seems as though I can only get aroused when I think about tickling, or the female foot in general. Even then sometimes I cannot keep my erection during sex due to Attention Deficit Disorder. Taking my medication helps sometimes...but I want to be able to get aroused by sex itself and a girl just touching me without having to tickle her!

Just tonight I tried to have sex with a girl and had trouble telling her that I need to tickle her alot to keep my erection! Any advice would be very helpful.

Stop getting off too tickle/feet related stuff. Or just stop getting off by yourself in general. It takes will power...but it will give you better results in the bedroom. Working out and taking zinc supplements would help also
suggestion #2 would help the most...at least in moderation. 1 a week.

why would taking Zinc supplements help? I workout 5 times a week

I'm not a biochemist...but from what I understand zinc is used to create testosterone in the body. Working out and sex both will decrease zinc levels. Thats advice that was given to me when i couldn't be "satisfied" by oral sex. Abstaining from self pleasure however was the best method for me.

I agree. Limiting masturbation and association of sex with tickling will do the trick. It is difficult, though. No easy way to get this done I suppose.

Do you also get arroused by being tickled? If yes, your problem may be solved due to the fact that non-fetish women wouldn't mind tickling the living crap out of a guy. Just tickle a non-fetish woman for 10 seconds and you have her to tickle you back. So that wouldn't be hard to realize, wouldn't it?

The best advice I can give you is, first and formost, DO NOT LET IT WORRY YOU. Why, simple. Your mental state of mind has a lot to do with when and where you get aroused. The more relaxed and blissful you are, the easier your body will physically get aroused. The less relaxed and anxious you are, the harder it will be for you body to get and or stay aroused. Therefore, the more you worry about your performance, the worse you will perform. Actually the addition of tickling is great during sex because, it (by it's very nature) relaxes your mind and alieviates tension in your body. If sex then becomes fun and not serious, then your performance, not that it loses it's importance, but becomes less necessary to making love. Also, you can alieviate tension by making love and purposely NOT including intercourse. Explore each others body, stimulate the senses, pleasure each other, whatever. The key is to not worry about it so much and relax. Anyway, that's my two cents.

It would be a good idea to see a medical doctor to rule out a physical problem, especially since you mentioned that you are on medication. If everything checks out OK, then I would try Alchemy's advice 🙂

Thank you for all the responses! Wow I didn't think their were other people out there with my kind of problem! This makes me feel alot better!

I understand that the more I am not in the right state of mind, the less aroused I will be. This can pose a problem with Attention deficit disorder....where I lose attention sometimes when I worry about what a women will think when I tell her what I need to do and what she needs to do to get me off! Its never actually happened before...Ive had sex with multiple girls, and they have never been able to bring me to orgasm. They have tried, and I have faked it! But it has never happened...
