can someone take me through the process of opening a .zip clip because it wont work for me

If it's just a matter of opening a zip file that's bothering you, I have to ask, do you have an extracting program on your computer? The main one, and the one I use, is WinZip. It can be found here. http://www.winzip.com/downse.htm

it still wont work and ive tried everything that i can think of. maybe if you could take me through the process step by step starting with what to do right after you download the folders for the split file

With any split archive, you must put all the parts in the same folder, then unzip all of them before trying to join them.

The joining instructions are a little different for Hacha and HSplit. The Hacha guide, written by our own Devillord, is here. My instructions for HJSplit, plus a copy of the program, are here. (If the first numbered file ends in .0, it's Hacha; if it ends in .001 it's HJSplit.)
